This espresso is smooth enough to drink as a straight shot, but robust enough to come through in a mocha or flavored Platte'. A combination of Central, South American and Indonesian coffees, roasted to a central Italian level with 10% French added to give it just the right amount of snap. Look for the chocolaty notes at the finish.
