Product Description
The Chinese name,"Bai Mu Dan", literally means white peony blossom. There aren't any Peony flowers in this tea, just luscious white tea. Harvested only during a brief period in early spring, white tea is the unopened bud of the tea plant, handled very delicately to preserve the white "hairs" on the leaves. It is very gently sun-dried to preserve the mellow flavor of the tea. Classic white tea is smooth and savory, but so light in the cup as to be called "white".
