Training and Support
Behind every successful business there is a successful business system. Systems are a key factor to the success of any profitable business; systems are especially important for the long term growth and success of each individual location and the company as a whole. As a franchisee you will attend the two week long BUZZ College. We will provide one week of training at our corporate headquarters in beautiful San Diego, CA and also come to your location for one week of on-site training and support prior to the grand opening and your first day in business.
The corporate headquarters session of BUZZ College is both in classroom training and hands on development and technical assistance. This unique training opportunity focuses on the key fundamentals of operating a successful Better Buzz Coffee Company franchise.
The on-site portion of BUZZ college provides every new franchisee with set up of location and organization of store products, hands on drink preparation, initial customer service, and more.
