Better Buzz Coffee Inc. and BetterBuzzCoffee.com wants every customer to have an enjoyable purchasing experience. Better Buzz Coffee Inc. specializes in setting up franchise opportunities as well as serving delicious drinks on a daily basis. Because of the variety and size of products offered on our web site our warehouse is limited and therefore a 30% restocking fee will be charged for all returns, except product, which is perishable and cannot be restocked. Sales on Better Buzz merchandise, consulting, and product are final. Feel free to give us a call if you have any questions about your purchase. If there is a problem with your purchase it is our goal to assist you in a professional matter as soon as possible and handle the situation according to our terms and conditions.
Changing Your Order
In order to make any modifications to your order you must call us at 760-542-6397 as soon as possible. In most cases we will not be able to make changes if you contact us any later than 4 hours after purchasing any products, or services on our site. Any informational product or service that is immediately sent to you or your e-mail address is non-exchangeable, non-refundable. Changing Your Order
Customers have the availability to choose different shipping methods while placing the order. If you use a post office box as your shipping address, it could result in a lost or returned shipment. Better Buzz Coffee Inc. coffees are perishable products and cannot be re-stocked or re-sold. Customers must return a shipment within 21 days of receipt in order to receive credit with a 30% restocking fee. Customers may only return one shipment for credit. Credit will be applied to the credit card used for the original transaction and can take up to 4-6 weeks after proof of return/refusal for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. Multiple shipments that include refusals and returns will not be credited. In order to assure credit for a shipment returned, customer must retain their return shipping receipt and produce the receipt if requested. Refused or returned shipments will not automatically be credited to your account, nor does refusing or returning a shipment automatically cancel your account. To cancel your account, simply call customer service at (760) 542-6397, 7:00 am to 5:00 pm PST, Monday-Friday. You will receive a cancellation number and must keep that number for verification of the cancellation date. All requests for credit on returned, refused, damaged merchandise or merchandise that was claimed to be never received must be made within 90 days of the date the original charge appeared on your credit card statement. After 90 days all sales are considered final and no credits will be issued.
Free Gifts and Business Information
We offer Better Buzz Coffee Inc. members free business related information to show our appreciation for their patronage. The information provided is to assist the individual. Better Buzz Coffee Inc. reserves the right to substitute a free gift of equal or greater value.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Orders
Better Buzz Coffee Inc. will not replace orders that are lost or damaged in transit. Therefore, it is recommended that you purchase insurance from the courier so that you can be reimbursed for an item if it is lost or destroyed in transit. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate address information. Better Buzz Coffee Inc. is not responsible for shipping a replacement order for non-delivery due to inaccurate address information supplied by the customer. Better Buzz Coffee Inc. cannot ship to post office boxes. If you use a post office box as your shipping address, it could result in a lost or returned shipment. Better Buzz Coffee Inc. is not responsible for loss or returns due to inaccurate address information supplied by the customer. Customer may contact Customer Service to report a lost or stolen order.
Program Restrictions and Limitations
All products are subject to availability. Some large orders such as pallets of product could be subject to delay based upon availability and importing time frames. In any case if there is a delay you will be contacted immediately and we will do our best to provide you with a new possible shipping date. All returns must authorize in advance and are subject to at least a 30% restocking fee. The buyer's remedy against Better Buzz Coffee Inc. for the breach of any obligation arising out of the sale of this equipment, whether derived from warranty or otherwise, shall be limited to repair or at Better Buzz Coffee Inc. discretion an option, replacement or refund. In no event shall Better Buzz Coffee Inc. be liable for other damage or loss, including, but not limited to, lost profits, lost sales, loss of use of equipment, claims of Buyer's customers, cost of capital, cost of down time, cost of substitute equipment, facilities or services, or other special, incidental or consequential damages.
Franchise Cart and Kiosk Orders
All espresso cart, kiosks and franchise down payments and purchases are non-refundable. The down payment facilitates the beginning of construction on your cart and its custom materials chosen by you (customer). It can also facilitate the beginning of consulting from our firm, to find your franchise location. Please see contract information at the time of purchase.
