Processing: the farmers in this area utilize the fully washed process for about 70% of their coffee, and "eco-pulping" for the remainder. Coffees are dried on the farm using "solar-drier" platforms. The final dry milling is done at Cafetrilla in Neiva, the capital of Huila.
